NetWork Marketing… Is There A Fast Track To Success?
You hear the stories all the time… there is a new guy in an MLM that signs up 60-80, or even 100 new reps right out of the gate and suddenly… a superstar is born!
Is this even for real?
Once in a great while you will see this happen… some incredibly blessed person that is just perfectly matched for MLM, can seemingly like magic, just attract others to their business on a daily basis. This is a VERY unique individual!
Most that are able to pull off these kind of recruiting numbers, have one or two very important scenarios going for them.
One, they already have seen great success in a different mlm company and for a myriad of different reasons, all of his down-line is ready to leave that business so he just gets them all on a call and presto!
More likely, this superstar simply invested the time to create an automated system that generates massive amounts of qualified leads. The point is with both ways their opportunity is working with the law of huge numbers on it’s side.
The more traditional ways of building an MLM business simply do not provide exposure to these kinds of numbers.
Unless you see real success right off, the older methods of talking to people you know, about your business and working your “center of influence”, rarely works in the long term. Most find themselves with no friends to talk to (NFL club) and a stagnate business.
Then you have the other options typically offered by uplines… paying hard earned money on leads. Real-time leads, email leads, opt-in and double opt-in, co-ops etc. etc. If you have some expertise and a whole lot of time on your hands this can be somewhat effective. But can your team members do it as well?
So whats the solution? If you want to do what the people making those huge six and seven figure checks are doing online today then you need to create or use an online lead generation system that you are in control of. This is sometimes referred to as a “funded proposal” or sales funnel system.
With a system like this, people gain value by getting techniques, tips, training and access to things that will help them either now or in a future business. As they “flow” through your system they learn how to save time and money.
It’s a win-win. They gain value if its done correctly and you are able to make a little money on anything they need for their business to offset your advertising costs. If your business is attractive to them you, therefore have the possibility of added value to your business. As long as you offer value throughout, you will have plenty of people looking at your primary business.
Soon you are then leveraging the power of the net! Once up and running your primary business is getting huge exposure, up to 60 even 100 looks per day and you are providing a service to others while enjoying many different income streams.
That is how the six and seven figures get on the superstars checks!
There are systems you may have seen on the Internet that will save you a ton of time and money and unless you are very tech savvy, this option is the way to go.
Over the last 6 or 7 years I have literally spent thousands using, tweaking, and investigating the different systems out there. What I can tell you is, as you do your research make sure that any system you are considering has some basic elements that will insure your success.
What I can tell you is you must be able to customize it to you. One size does not fit all. You have to be in control of and own the auto-responder system because you don’t want anybody marketing to your list without you knowing it. Your new team members must be able to plug into your system as well.
It should also take a relatively short time to set-up, 2-3 days for most and be affordable. If it comes to you in a huge book, be leery, it most likely doesn’t have online video training or much of a support system in place. Tracking tools are also a must as you have to know what is effective and working.
Once you have these key factors and your system is in place, you will generate your own exclusive leads, your recruiting results will skyrocket and your team will grow exponentially. It’s an absolute fact that organizations with a proven system like this in place will experience much faster growth and a much higher retention rate.
So I guess the question becomes… Do you want to grow fast or slow?
